Open Tickets in the header or go to your wallet. Guest checkout? Use Find tickets with the email from your receipt.

Gate entry

Show the QR code from Tickets or your phone wallet pass. Brightness up, screen clean — staff scan in seconds.

Transfers & refunds

Transfer links arrive by email or text. Refunds follow the SZN Refund Policy — all sales final, except canceled events. Schools may help beyond that at their discretion.
